How do I order?

x Ordering couldn't be easier, add the items you wish to hire to your cart, checkout safely through PayPal. Within 24 hours you will receive a separate confirmation from us. We will arrange delivery and collection on the day of the event at the time requested.

How do I pay?

We accept online payments through PayPal.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes all orders are subject to a refundable security deposit of £50. This is automatically added to your cart. We refund this with 10 working days of receiving the items back.

Can I hire furniture for longer than a day?

Yes - whether you want to hire furniture for one day or three years, we can assist you. What's more, the longer you hire furniture for, the lower our weekly prices become.

Are your prices excluding or including VAT?

The prices shown on our website are excluding VAT.

Do you sell your furniture?

Unfortunately we do not sell our furniture.

Where are you based?

We are based in London.

Is your furniture brand new?

Due to the very nature of our business, our furniture is not brand new. Nonetheless, we have strict quality control processes to ensure that all furniture we hire out is of high quality and fully functional. There will be minor marks present on all hire goods.

How much furniture do you have in stock?

We hold large quantities of furniture, so whether you want to hire 100 or 10,000 items, we will try our upmost to fulfill your requirement. If you are looking to place a particularly large order and want to check stock availability, just contact our sales team with the dates you need the furniture for and we'll let you know if we can help.

I want to hire an item which isn't shown on your website

Most of the items we hire are shown on our website. If, however, you are looking for something specific, please contact our sales team and we will do our best to help you.

I need to know the dimensions of a product

Our website contains dimensions for all of our products. Simply go to the product, and you should under the item page title section. If you have any problems - just contact our sales team.

I need to hire furniture right now. Can you help?

We do offer same day and next day delivery, subject to availability. Call our sales team as soon as possible if you have an urgent requirement.

Do you deliver and collect outside of normal working hours?

Yes - our transport team works 7 days a week. Weekend deliveries/collections do not incur any extra charges. This is capped at £75

Do you deliver to my area?

We cover most of London and surrounding areas. We currently cover the following postcodes - London postcodes starting with - EC, E, WC, W, N, NW, SE, SW Outer London postcodes starting with - RM, IG, EN, DA, CR, SM, KT, TW, HA, EN

How much does delivery & collection cost?

This is capped at £75 regardless of the size.

I need to change my order, what do I do?

To change anything on your order, please email us with your order reference number.

Can I collect the furniture from your warehouse?

Unfortunately you cannot collect direct from our warehouse.
